Vault City
This year its Edinburgh based brewery Vault City’s 5th birthday and to celebrate they are realised 5 epic new released beers, 3 of which are out now with 2 to follow in the coming days, the 3 out now are the 999g/L Apricot & Raspberry Birthday Cake, Raspberry Blueberry Bubblegum Bottles which we have tasted and can confirm is exactly as advertised and Maple Vanilla Choc Chip Scoop, the 2 to follow are Strawberry Supernova and Even Cloudier DDH Hard Lemonade.

Raspberry Blueberry Bubblegum Bottles – 4.5% Sour.
Massive sweet and sour aromas and flavours of raspberry, blueberry, bubblegum and zingy sherbet from this electric blue modern sour beer.
999g/L Apricot & Raspberry Birthday Cake – 6.4% Smoothie sour.
This intense smoothie sour is the 5th of its kind from Vault City. it crams a massive 999 grams of fruit per 1 litre of beer (which is the legal maximum volume you can have before not been able to call it a beer) to make this beer thick, juicy, and totally unforgettable.
Maple Vanilla Choc Chip Scoop – 13% Imperial Stout.
Vault City have teamed up with Adroit Theory to make this massive 13% Maple Vanilla Chocolate Imperial Stout which is not for the fain of hearted.
Staggeringly Good Beer
New to us we have 4 new beers from the Southsea based brewery Staggeringly Good
Post Impact Porter Maple Syrup – 5.4% Maple Syrup Porter
This beer combines Staggeringly Good’s Post Impact Porter with a unctuous amount of Canadian Maple Syrup creating a wonderfully rich and sweet porter.
Stagger Saurus – 4% Session IPA
This is Staggeringly’s flagship hoppy session IPA. Described as light, easy drinking, hoppy goodness with Mosaic and Vic Secret hops.
Hold Onto Your Buttress – 5.5% Hazy IPA
Staggeringly’s latest collaboration with Arundel Brewery is here and it’s tasting so good. So grab your Holy Grail and like legless Black Knights sup the delicious, hoppy elixir of this super soft and fruity NI!…PA.
Pineapple Palaka – 3.6% Berliner Weisse
Pineapple Palaka won’t get cheap on you with generous juiciness from over half a tonne of pineapple and a hugely complex sour profile from naturally occurring lactobacillus and wild yeasts.
Yonder Brewing & Blending
We’ve had a few different beers from Yonder and we loved them that much we had to get some more, so from Yonder Brewing & Blending we have 3 new sour beers this week:
Raspberry Gose – 4% loaded with raspberry sour
There’s a lot of raspberry in this beer. 170 grams per litre of the best British raspberries, to be precise. Raspberry Gose pours opaque and vibrant red in colour. Aromas of fresh fruit dominate with hints of tangy yoghurt in the background. tart raspberry coulis hits your senses with the first sip and lingers with the full, smoothie-like body and a saline lick from Cornish sea salt.
Pink Grapefruit and lime Paloma – 5% Cocktail Sour
This cocktail sour, is inspired by the paloma cocktail, it features a hefty dose of citrus, with heaps of pink grapefruit and lime in the mix. Both the peel and the juice ar in this brew for maximum zestiness and a refreshing tang that lingers on the tongue.
Strawberry Rhubarb Ripple – 6.4% Dairy-free Ice cream Sour
New to the Scoop Series its Strawberry Rhubarb Ripple; Sweet Strawberries and Tart Rhubarb, rippled through a Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream Sour!
Manchester Marble Brewery
Two new beers to Craft Booze Shop from Manchester based Marble Brewery and we have restocked on some of your favourites:
Modus Mosaic – 3.4% Sessionable Pale
A light sessionable base, with Bru-1 and Amarillo hops chosen to elevate Mosaic. Expect berries, tropical and citrus fruits, notes of papaya, orange and guava.
Butterfly Guard – 6.5% IPA
Butterfly Guard is a contemporary-style IPA, featuring Enigma, Simcoe, Azacca and El Dorado hops. Brewed with protein grains to be soft and full-bodied, with moderate bitterness and lots of peach, tropical and zesty citrus fruit hop character.
