A traditional British Blonde Ale cut from the cloth of all the pale cask beers that we love.
We’ve used a combination of First Gold, Goldings, and EKG hops to bring notes of marmalade, hedgerows and pith balanced out against a sweeter malt bill.
Fermented slightly warmer using S-04 to bring forward some of those traditional cask ale aromas. This an ode to traditional British Beer & ingredients.
