Brewery Description
As a South African who lived half their life there, I was brought up on Knight Rider and drinking Castle and Windhoek Lager.
I wanted to brew a traditional lager with a little twist of South African vibes.
German pilsner malt with Mittlefruh and Southern Star hops lead the way to give this lager a clean, fresh, crisp look with aromas and taste of blueberries, pine, green apple and some earthy spice.
