We’ve been pretty taken by everyone’s favourite hype hop Nectaron since it first arrived here at Polly’s HQ.
Arguably the most difficult hop variety to get access to in the world at the moment on the back of its high demand and it backs it up – we’re suckers for the intense levels of pineapple and passion fruit it brings to a beer, as well as accentuating the brighter characteristics of other hops.
Why not, we thought in that case, pair it up with a couple of bonafide Polly’s classics in Galaxy and Citra in that case?
Accentuating and elevating those incredible peach and fresh cut citrus fruit notes in these Australian and Stateside hops respectively, there’s no other beer style we could think to put this in than one of the bold, brash, flavour packed IPAs that put us on the map in the first place.
