Our latest Session IPA brings together a super pale, hazy base beer with Idaho 7, Citra and long awaited return of Galaxy Hops. We kept the Idaho 7 hot side to lay down a delicious, floral and pine bass line.
Galaxy was then powered in cold side to bring top notes of peach and passionfruit which blended perfectly with Citra’s signature character. Hot side: Idaho 7 Cold side: Galaxy, Citra
