Our Head Brewer Ian recently made a rather delicious vegan chocolate ginger cake and we all unanimously agreed that we wanted to not only have another slice but be able to drink it as well.
This beer is Ian’s liquid version of that cake. Packed full of crystallised ginger in the kettle and finished off with generous helpings of vanilla pods and cacao nibs, this beer is a well-rounded belter. Delish.
Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
