Our core gluten free pale ale is a thing of beauty. Crisp, refreshing, with notes of lychee and peach with a pine finish.
It is a pale ale for all weather especially sunny days and has the added bonus of being gluten free!
We add an enzyme to the beer in the fermentation stage the strips away the gluten.
Our beer is then sent away to an dependant company for gluten tests with the result being under 20ppm.
We are then able to add the gluten free logo to our can label so they are certified gluten free, but will certainly not disappoint with taste.
Gluten free. Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer.
