Copper-coloured and full of flavour: it’s The Chairman. What we’re dealing with here is a grounded and rich premium bitter.
We use a four-malt-mix to give this beer a complex and flavoursome base, and top it all off with just a tad bit of fruity sweetness.
For those wondering, we use an enzyme to remove the gluten during the brewing process. This means that the beer tastes exactly the same, just without the gluten.
