El Coo Cooi

Named for the trad tale boogeyman, our go with a mexican lager is tight, refreshing and golden yellow. Slightly fuller finish than classic lager thanks to the sweet Maize in the grist, fermented over a long time and kept ice cold to condition over an even longer time, for crispy beer with a dense white foam and refreshingly high, natural carbonation. Good with a lime wedge, great on it’s own.
