First brewed in 2021 from our old brewery in Portobello, this is the evolution of a sour IPA we’ve revisited countless times since the early days of Vault City.
This time, we’ve taken a fan favourite and turned it up a notch, brewing a DIPA combining our mixed fermentation base beer with fresh lemon juice, zest and a triple dry hop of New Zealand varieties amplifying notes of citrus, white grape and gooseberry.
