Taking inspiration from the iconic Portuguese custard tart, Imperial Peach & Apricot Pastel De Nata is brewed in collaboration with Lisbon legends Dois Corvos.
This decadent pastry sour has been dialled up to 8%, combining layers of creamy vanilla with caramelised sugar and a delicate touch of cinnamon. A juicy peach & apricot twist adds a fresh fruitiness to round out each sip.
