The Butcher’s Hook was Southampton’s very first micropub, and has been a local bastion of great beer from day one – so when they asked us to be part of their 10th birthday, it was a no-brainer.
Together we brewed an amped-up version of our house Porter ‘Black Forest’ with oats for extra body, an addition of 300kg of cherry puree and a hint of tonka bean to round off the finish.
