Prelude

This lager – the very first in a whole series you will be seeing from us – takes inspiration from the California Common style.

Combining the crispness of a refreshing lager with the maltiness of an ale, this beer is really quite unique in its genre.

We have selected Northern Brewer hops to provide a lovely floral aroma to accompany the light caramel malt flavours.

Very Big Dragon

We teamed up with our friends from Neon Raptor to create one of our most indulgent stouts EVER! Taking nods from our own ‘Very Big Moose’ and ‘Abandoned Dragons’ from Neon Raptor we have created ‘Very Big Dragon’ – A chocolate, vanilla, maple & hazelnut imperial stout created on top of our biggest ever malt bill.

Delivering crushing aromas of vanilla mocha, smoky maple, roast coffee alongside notes of chocolate hazelnut ganache and fresh espresso this is one epic clash of monsters!

Mister Peanut

A sweet peanut brittle flavoured milk stout, tightly packed with nutty flavour, and unlike actual peanuts (many brands available), this liquid treat has none of the nutty allergens.

Inspired by LC’s recent sorbet IPA’s we blended English autumnal and soft tropical fruits to brew a hazy Mosaic IPA with a refreshing subtle crimson crush.

DDF Churros

We’ve double-dunked deep-fried Churros for the latest release in our DDF series, taking inspiration from festive favourites with a Vault City twist.

This rich, full-bodied imperial stout delivers deep fried doughy decadence with a dusting of cinnamon and brown sugar, among layers of gooey melted chocolate.

Smells like a basket of tropical fruit, this dank and juicy DDH IPA is crammed with Enigma, Strata and Vic Secret for lashings of heady guava and passionfruit aroma and flavour.

It’s Big , It’s bold, It’s the Moon on a Stick that you asked for, and you’re going to bloody well have it, because we’ve gone and got it now, haven’t we.

Blood + Ink

Introducing Blood & Ink, a bold collaboration with the exceptionally talented tattoo artist Freddie Albrighton, bringing his art to life in a unique concept combining sweet, jammy fruit with the subtle salty flavour of deep, black squid ink.

Freddie Albrighton and Vault City have something in common: we’re both big fans of each other’s work.

Freddie is a tattoo artist of 10 years, currently based in the West Midlands, UK. Recently his artwork gained worldwide recognition after he reached the finale on Season 15 of the tattoo reality TV show, Ink Master, being the first contestant from the UK to compete. Alongside tattooing and art he has a passion for great beer, particularly sour beer, which led to our collaboration: Blood & Ink.

Twin Cities

Gluten free Pale Ale with Citra and Cashmere

For the newest instalment of our Twin Cities Gluten Free Pale range we’ve paired the orange and peach sweetness of Citra with the refreshing honeydew of Cashmere.

There’s a blend of jumbo and golden oats on an Extra Pale Maris Otter base for a light texture and smooth finish.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Left Handed Giant in Bristol.

To celebrate one of our shared, favourite styles (and one of the best. Fact.) we’ve pared back the grain bill, using 100% Pilsner malt.

Early leaf additions of Chinook, followed by Citra T90 & Dynaboost with a two-stage dry-hop of Citra pellet and Strata CGX.

The result is as bright and crisp as it is sweet and resinous. Tangerine, Strawberry & Red Pomelo.

#014 Singularity PX Sherry BA Cranachatoa

The latest offering from our single barrel store is here! The ‘Singularity Series’ are hand picked, individual barrels of specific, special beers that we release in limited amounts of cans as and when we feel that the beers are ready to go out into the world.

#014 – Pedro Ximénez Sherry Barrel Aged Raspberry & Honey Double Stout

This Double Stout began as a creamy, smooth base of oats and lactose and dark brown sugar as part of a complex grist alongside seven other malts. Balanced additions of raspberry and honey then enhanced this dessert beer to new heights. Barrel aged in Pedro Ximénez Sherry Barrel for 1 year.
