If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to receive the delivery.

We operate a challenge 25 policy at The Craft Booze Co so our delivery drivers may on time of delivery request to see personal ID of a person receiving a delivery.

If ID cannot be provided upon request the delivery driver may refuse delivery.

We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.

ALLERGENS

All beers sold contain Gluten unless stated. Some beers contain lactose and nuts. While every effort is made to display the correct dietary allergens on this website it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any products purchased are suitable for consumption. Please contact us if you need more information.

PAYMENT

Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards through Stripe or PayPal. We cannot take orders by phone or email.
Card payments are made through a secure server. The Craft Booze Co does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

We only accept Pounds Sterling GBP (£). Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
